We have been informed Payne & Dolan intends to lay binder coat tomorrow, Saturday, October 15th.
We’re hopeful they will adhere to this update and apologize for any inconvenience. We’re doing what we can to keep this moving along and are told they will be doing final paving within a week or two pending temperatures and weather conditions.
